Why it exists

Marketing agencies get paid either way. That’s the problem.

Panel Reach was founded by Alex Farrell to fix an incentive problem. The standard agency model charges installers a fixed retainer whether the phone rings or not - which means the agency’s best month can be your worst. Solar is too seasonal, too local and too high-ticket for that arrangement to serve the installer.

So we inverted it. Panel Reach only earns when a genuine homeowner in your service area calls your phone and stays on the line. No calls, no invoice. The full definition of a qualified call - and every step between signing up and your phone ringing - is set out in how it works.

What we do

One niche, done properly.

Every campaign combines high-intent Google Search Ads, Local Services Ads (the Google Guaranteed placement that only accredited installers can unlock), a landing page built to convert clicks into calls, and call tracking that attributes every enquiry to the search that produced it. We work with one installer per area - a 10-mile exclusivity radius, agreed in writing. Working solar-only means the keyword lists, negative filters and ad copy compound from campaign to campaign instead of starting from scratch, and it means we never have to learn your industry on your budget.
